They are seeking a People Operations Generalist to drive end-to-end people processes, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and an employee-centric experience. This role will support teams globally and contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements
- Run the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, contract management, payroll, benefits, and offboarding.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on people operations issues.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law while supporting operations and compliance across locations.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on employment changes and vendor management.
