What You Will Do

Design and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy, develop omnichannel campaigns, build and execute marketing plans, lead the brand’s digital strategy, oversee the content strategy, manage trade marketing initiatives, identify and develop strategic alliances, manage the marketing budget, and monitor performance indicators.

Requirements

• Professional in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
• Desirable specialization, master’s degree, or MBA in Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management, or related areas.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience leading marketing teams in leadership or senior coordination positions.
• Experience in mass consumption companies, retail, entertainment, advertising agencies, or highly dynamic environments.
• Solid knowledge in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
• Intermediate level of English (B2), especially for reading and managing digital platforms.
