Role Overview
The Associate Customer Success Manager will assist in nurturing and enhancing customer relationships by focusing on understanding customer needs and facilitating their satisfaction with our advertising services, which impacts customer retention and loyalty.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, collaborate with internal teams to tailor advertising solutions, proactively address customer issues, analyze customer usage patterns, and provide training and support to customers.
