Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing administrative oversight to a complex Salesforce instance, leveraging AI and automation tools to set up platform best practices from administrative and security standpoints.

Core Salesforce platform administration, DevOps Architecture, Deployment & Release Management, Automation & Quality, Environment Management, Collaboration & Leadership, and Business Knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Salesforce and/or AWS development engineering
- Strong experience with Salesforce development and deployment frameworks
- Salesforce or AWS certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps-related)
- Experience with Salesforce and AWS DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- Expertise in version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code and Kiro
