Requirements
- At least 8–10 years of proven experience leading large‐scale real estate transactions and Technical Due Diligence mandates within a consulting environment
- Strong and well‐established network with investors, funds, banks and technical service providers in the Spanish market
- Strong market‐driven, acquisition‐focused and growth‐oriented mindset
- Experience in building, developing and strategically advising client relationships and in positioning sustainable, tailored solutions
- Proven leadership experience, high level of ownership and accountability; fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are an advantage
