Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of mid- and high-value merchants. You will leverage data to identify growth opportunities, improve merchant performance, and provide strategic recommendations around product selection, pricing, and campaign optimization.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of high- and mid-value merchants to achieve sales and profitability targets. Analyze merchant data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities. Support merchants with product selection, pricing strategies, and campaign performance improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the e-commerce industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) best practices
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
