Ad Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As an Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless setup, execution, optimization, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes through operational excellence and technical expertise.

What You Will Do

Setting up, managing, monitoring, and optimizing display, native, and video advertising campaigns across Taboola’s advertising platforms while ensuring high execution quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, or the Ad Technology industry
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and RTB fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring across display, native, and video advertising platforms
• Good understanding of digital advertising KPIs and pricing models including CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV, CPA, CPA Goal, ROAS, and CPC Goal
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, analyzing, and troubleshooting campaign, advertiser, and performance datasets
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate campaign delivery issues and identify root causes using data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
