We are looking for an experienced People Operations Partner to join our EMEA People Operations team. The ideal candidate should be detail-driven, confident in navigating ambiguity, and passionate about creating excellent employee experiences.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role for a Global organisation
- Strong knowledge of Spanish legislation and processes
- Strong experience working with HRIS (e.g., Workday)
- Proven experience managing Tier 2 HR cases using ServiceNow (ServiceNow) or a similar case management tool
