Principal Data Scientist

The Principal Data Scientist role is a forward-thinking and experienced position that thrives at owning the full lifecycle of data science products from problem definition to measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied Math, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or other quantitative fields (master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science
• Solid understanding of applied statistical modelling, applied math modeling, and ML techniques (e.g. Clustering, Classification, Regression, Dimensionality Reduction, Ensemble Methods, Forecasting, etc)
• Proficient in any scripting language like Python, SQL for transformation, analysis, modeling, and visualization tasks
• Good to know any computational statistical environment like R, SAS, Matlab
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, client service and technical writing skills for both technical and business audiences
