Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives.
What You Will Do
Own quota setting, sales target allocation, and sales forecasting. Coach and mentor sales team members to maximize performance. Oversee pipeline health through regular deal reviews and performance tracking.
Why It Might Be a Fit
5–7 years of experience leading sales teams. Experience in Education, E-learning, B2B, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and operational management skills.
