Role Overview

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. The Growth Lead will discover growth opportunities, create tactics to increase average order frequency, and partner with other functions to build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

Conduct analyses, build models and forecasts, and translate findings to action items. Present findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making.
