Head of Marketing

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and motivate our marketing team, develop and execute marketing strategies, and analyze P&L and market data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience in the FMCG sector, including 3-5 years in a leadership role with a focus on product launches and brand positioning
• Proficient in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
