Key Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue for both clients and the company.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for key partners
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue for both clients and the company
- Analyze performance metrics and develop improvement strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech)
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian is a must
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM systems
- Previous experience in account management, client success, or sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and multitasking ability
- iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage
- Proactive, fast learner, open to feedback and new knowledge
