Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Tableau, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM systems
• Previous experience in account management, client success, or sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills
• High level of emotional intelligence and multitasking ability
• iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage
