Senior Sales Operations Manager, AMER

Role Overview

Talon.One is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our AMER Go-To-Market leadership team, driving the rigor, forecasting accuracy, and operational maturity our revenue engine needs as we scale.

What You Will Do

Manage the sales forecast rhythm, work with a modern GTM tech stack, oversee commission strategy, work with Sales Leadership to define KPIs, and identify sales process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 6+ years of sales operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tech stack tools (Sales Engagement, CPQ, Forecasting, etc.)
• Expertise in designing and administering sales commission plans, with knowledge of tools like Xactly, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or similar
• Extensive experience in deal desk management, including pricing approvals, deal structuring, and contract oversight
• A strong analytical mindset, with advanced Excel skills
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company is required
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
