Role Overview
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis for the company. Partner with various teams to drive financial discipline, capital efficiency, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Develop long-range financial plans, manage strategy modeling, and provide financial insights to support leadership presentations. Conduct economic evaluations, monitor expenses, and support reserve reporting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills, with experience in financial modeling, Excel proficiency, and ERP systems. A strong understanding of offshore operations and capital project economics is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in upstream oil and gas
- CPA, CFA or MBA preferred
