Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in people operations, HR, or business operations
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Experience managing HRIS and related tools
• Excellent judgment and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A builder’s mindset
• Curiosity and intellectual horsepower
• A sense of ownership
• Comfort with ambiguity, change, and moving at high velocity
