The Marketing Manager is responsible for paid media and digital growth systems that generate qualified leads for Tardus. This is a performance-based role that requires building, testing, and scaling paid campaigns to produce consistent, cost-efficient lead flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
- Ability to translate data into clear optimization decisions
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools for design, scripts and marketing campaigns
- Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent in execution
- Able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and similar technology tools is preferred
