Lead Data Scientist- Content Creation

As a Lead Data Scientist, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions in production. You’ll work with the Data Sciences team, Product teams, and business partners to drive relevancy with guests and develop algorithmic solutions that are performant and integrated into applications.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and 8 plus years of relevant industry experience.
• Masters in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and 6 plus years of relevant industry experience
• Strong expertise in developing image processing, computer vision, multi-model embeddings and diffusion models and pipelines
• Good experience of developing optimization, simulation and statistical models
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar libraries;
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, SQL, Hadoop/Hive. Additional knowledge of Spark, Scala, R, Java desired but not mandatory
• Experience with Cloud environments such as GCP is desired.
• Experience with Agentic Frameworks such as LangGraph is desired
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly tell data driven stories through appropriate visualizations, graphs, and narratives
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior scientists effectively
