Sr Manager FP&A, Stores Finance

Role Overview

As a Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Stores Finance, you’ll oversee the end-to-end financial performance for a region of 500+ stores and be responsible for the ongoing support to the Regional Senior Vice President and multiple Vice President level business partners.

What You Will Do

Create and own monthly sales forecasts and hourly payroll plans for the region, build strong relationships with senior stores leaders, identify areas for productivity and process improvement, and support designing, testing and implementing optimal regional strategies.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (6 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations
• 1 – 5 years of experience in a finance/operational environment; retail or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong analytical, decision-making, time management and organizational skills
• Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
• Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Experienced in working across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
• Experience with complex data sets, connecting data & reporting needs to technical solutions
