Role Overview

The role involves developing and enhancing forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions to improve planning performance and business outcomes. The Data Scientist will analyze demand patterns, seasonality, market trends, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights.

What You Will Do

The Data Scientist will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and analytical tools that support data-driven decision making. They will also develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models that address business needs and improve planning capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering analytical solutions that generate measurable business value
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques
• Experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation
• Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), data management, and data preparation practices
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
