Channel Sales Manager – Agency Health

Responsible for supervising business delivery under Agency travel team and Tie Ups, growing business with profits, managing daily activity of producers, and ensuring IRDA compliance. Key accountabilities include achieving overall Gross Written Premium, sustainable Profitability, and maintaining hygiene, as well as stakeholder interfaces and agent recruitment/retention.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales
