Role Overview
The Customer Experience Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer experience. The role requires strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
What You Will Do
Process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond and resolve customer concerns, achieve assigned goals and business objectives, and deliver quality customer experiences.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience

- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
