Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for promoting banking solutions, completing business processes, and building a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
What You Will Do
You will process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond and resolve customers’ concerns, achieve assigned goals and business objectives, and connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
