AI Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proficient AI Automation Specialist with strong Python expertise to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will design and build intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage AI to automate business processes, develop AI agents, and apply generative AI models to real-world use cases.

What You Will Do

You will gather and analyze business requirements, design, develop, optimize, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python, and collaborate with R&D, product, and business teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI
• Experience with process automation and intelligent workflows
• Familiarity with building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based solutions
• Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical designs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative R&D environment.
• Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
