Join TD SYNNEX’s Data Ops team as a Database Developer and become the cornerstone of database reliability and performance for our Customer Data Platform (CDP) serving millions of customers across Europe. You’ll be at the heart of our data infrastructure transformation, ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our multi-platform database ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Designing and owning comprehensive data models for enterprise initiatives, creating logical and physical data architectures that support Campaign Analytics, E-commerce Intelligence, and Partner Management systems across 200+ schemas. Leading data modeling governance including dimensional modeling, normalization strategies, and cross-platform data architecture decisions that ensure consistency and performance across the entire Customer Data Platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of database administration experience with enterprise-scale environments, preferably in cloud platforms
• Strong expertise cloud data platforms administration including database management, warehouse optimization, role hierarchy design, and performance tuning
• Data modeling and architecture expertise including dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), data vault methodology, normalization techniques, and enterprise data architecture design patterns
• Databricks Unity Catalog proficiency covering workspace management, compute optimization, secret management, and governance frameworks
• Infrastructure as Code experience using tools like Terraform, DBT, ARM templates, or similar for automated database provisioning
• Security and compliance knowledge including RBAC implementation, credential management, and audit trail maintenance
• Monitoring and alerting expertise with database performance metrics, proactive issue detection, and automated recovery systems
• DevOps practices understanding including CI/CD for database deployments, version control, and automated testing strategies
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with systematic incident resolution, root cause analysis, and cross-platform integration experience
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders on database requirements and performance optimization
