The Business Development Manager II is responsible for leading and executing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that support the company’s manufacturing footprint strategy and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations and/or manufacturing environments, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as: manufacturing site migrations and transfers, facility consolidations and closures, capacity expansion and localization initiatives, integration of inorganic operations (e.g., M&A-driven integrations), multi-site manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing a portfolio of strategic programs or projects, rather than single, isolated initiatives.
