Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- People Manager background is a plus
- Familiar with ODM/OEM business model
- Focused on demand creation/design-in
- Demonstrated effectiveness within cross-functional and cross-regional communication and teamwork skills
- Aggressive with a strong desire to achieve success on your account and be able to work under pressure
- Work proficiency in English, be able to communicate with native speakers
