Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our Belgium team and play a key role in driving new business growth across agencies and direct brands. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new revenue opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering solutions that align with client goals.

What You Will Do

Identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and direct brands, develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally.

Requirements

  • Solid sales experience within the adtech or online media industry
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, including performance, online video, display and CTV
  • Experience in winning and developing larger strategic clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, solution-oriented and self-driven
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English
