Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing, servicing, and growing revenue for assigned customers. They will engage in cold calling, quoting, order processes, and product pricing, while becoming knowledgeable about all products and services offered by Team JAS. This role requires industry-standard knowledge and expertise.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include ensuring industry-leading service and support, developing and growing customer relationships, maintaining ERP system integrity, and utilizing company business systems to identify customer needs. The Sales Account Manager will also gather information on airline fleets, broker parts, and communicate new product opportunities to customers.
