Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will support the execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support business development across digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, traditional media, and business development channels.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinate campaign planning, execution, tracking, and optimization, and develop and implement go-to-market messaging for Techstra’s consulting, technology, data, automation, AI, digital transformation, and talent services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, consulting, professional services, staffing, or related industries
• Experience executing digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, public relations, and event programs
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to grammar, style, and accuracy
• Experience supporting lead generation, brand awareness, and business development initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance data to drive decision-making and improve results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
