Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst supports naval aviation mission requirements by analyzing readiness, maintenance, and logistics data to improve aircraft availability and inform program decisions.

What You Will Do

Monitor and evaluate aircraft readiness metrics, identify drivers of degraded mission capability, and help leadership balance cost, schedule, and performance across sustainment activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a closely related field, or journey-level analytical capability with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and readiness forecasting
• Strong ability to analyze operational, maintenance, or logistics data and identify trends, risks, and root causes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate up and down the chain of command, including delivering leadership briefings to O-6 and higher
