Tekmetric is a cloud-based platform helping auto repair shops run smarter, grow faster, and serve customers better. The Senior Product Operations Manager will be the strategic and analytical operator to shape how product initiatives are brought to life and measured across Tekmetric.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related roles
- Proven experience building or scaling a product analytics ecosystem
- Strong command of SQL and proficiency with modern BI/analytics tools (Looker preferred)
- Deep understanding of data modeling, event analytics, KPIs, and instrumentation
