Sales Operations Analyst (Contract)

Overview

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst (Contractor) to support our Key Account Management (KAM) organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring seamless execution, strong data integrity, and process consistency across Client Business Units (CBUs).

You will partner closely with Sales/KAM, Solution Architects, Delivery/PMO, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, multi-technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Own and manage recurring sales operations activities including reporting, trackers, cadence support, and status updates
  • Ensure consistency and standardization across KAM and CBUs

CRM Management (Salesforce)

  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM data (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities)
  • Enforce data hygiene, stage definitions, and close-date discipline

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Build and deliver dashboards and executive-level summaries on pipeline, bookings, renewals, backlog, and risks
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

Deal & Engagement Coordination

  • Support deal lifecycle from intake to execution (approvals, estimates, pricing, documentation)
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to move opportunities forward

Contract & SOW Tracking

  • Maintain trackers for SOWs, amendments, renewals, and milestones
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely processing

Accounts Receivable (AR) Support

  • Track invoicing milestones and AR aging
  • Coordinate follow-ups to support timely collections

Procurement & Financial Coordination

  • Submit and manage Purchase Requests (PRs), ES, GAR, and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Track approvals and reconcile POs against project milestones and invoices

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive follow-ups, ensure accountability, and remove workflow bottlenecks
  • Align stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, and functional teams

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements or automation
  • Develop SOPs, templates, and documentation

Client Readiness Support

  • Prepare client-facing materials such as QBRs, MBRs, meeting decks, and executive summaries

Tools & Systems Enablement

  • Support adoption and effective use of CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft 365, and reporting tools

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive business data in accordance with HAEA policies

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Support, Deal Desk, or similar role
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (required)
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
  • Experience managing CRM data, pipeline reporting, and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project coordination and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation practices

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP (PR/PO processing, invoicing, AR tracking)
  • Familiarity with SOWs, MSAs, and commercial workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams
  • Bilingual Korean (preferred, not required)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay And Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $40.00/hr.
