The Role

We are looking for an experienced Growth Engineer with a focus in Revenue Operations to help drive the next phase of growth at Telnyx! Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be a key partner in taking the GTM organization to the next level – leveraging emerging AI technology to develop and execute on vision and operational processes. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, & Product teams to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to define an AI-empowered GTM engine at Telnyx & deliver real impact to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Act as the main point of contact and the strategic thought partner for all AI projects impacting our GTM leadership team and help shape our long term Revenue Operations strategy
  • Automate: Own developing new and optimizing existing GTM motions and processes for all Revenue Operations initiatives that impact the sales, support, & customer success functions; Work closely with the GTM Systems team to evaluate and deploy process improvements, tools, and infrastructure
  • Reporting: Identify areas of opportunity and risk and provide actionable insights to management; Maintain and create net new reporting to help us better understand the performance & ROI of our AI-powered workflows, facilitate productivity, and guide investment
  • Integrate: Act as the technical subject matter expert for the use of AI in sales/revenue functions & it’s integrations with the GTM tech-stack

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales Operations/Sales Strategy or Revenue Operations, with a demonstrated history of working cross-functionally and improving sales productivity by providing data-driven insights for strategy planning (especially within the SaaS/CPaaS startup space).
  • Excellent project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
  • Experience working with APIs & webhooks, in particular OpenAI or similar.
  • Experience working with building Flows & Custom Objects in Salesforce. Administrator/Developer certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced competence with Domo or BI tool with a passion for metrics and dashboards visualizations. Experience with SQL, Python, Javascript is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking – analyze, synthesize, and apply information to solve problems swiftly while weighing all pros and cons and understanding the downstream effects of decisions.
  • Ability to partner with different parts of the organization to identify and creatively solve major business problems.
  • Hands-on, proven experience implementing and managing software applications and automation tooling in a B2B company.
