We are seeking a Compensation Data Analyst to play a critical role in evaluating and evolving our pay structure. This position will analyze current compensation practices, benchmark against market and industry standards, and help transition from a performance-based model to a competitive hourly pay structure.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis, workforce analytics, or financial modeling
