Role Overview

Join TenneT in achieving its strategic goals and making a difference in the energy transition. As a Business Development Manager, you will manage and coordinate central administrative management topics, support strategic topics through analyses, and drive the continuous optimization of processes.

What You Will Do

Prepare structured before and after meetings, create decision-making documents, presentations, and protocols, and ensure consistent follow-up of measures. Support strategic topics through analyses, concept preparations, and the creation of well-founded decision-making documents for management.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business engineering or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting or a comparable staff function
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to prepare complex issues addressably on a management level
  • Professional stakeholder management on different hierarchical levels
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of project management methods is an advantage
