We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to support the operational backbone of our France entity, responsible for payroll administration, labor compliance, and general support, including helping to drive the local team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, or a combined operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law, payroll practices, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English.
