Outbound Sales Representative

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to sell and upsell our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele professionally, profitably and ethically by executing the company designed sales process.

What You Will Do

Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls expectations, consistently maintain a 35% or better closing rate and convert customer call-ins to 60% or better into our Year Round Protection Plan, achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target.

Requirements

• 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization
• 1+ years Call center experience
