The Financial Analyst II supports schools by performing highly complex financial analysis and regulatory work related to various allotments used in the state’s school finance formulas. This position involves compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating financial data; interpreting statutes and regulations; and providing expert technical assistance to school districts, agency staff, government agencies, and the public.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
- Degree fields: Business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- At least two [2] years of experience in financial analysis and regulatory work
