Role Overview

The Finance Operations Specialist will perform advanced administrative and technical support work for the Financial Management Division at Stassney Headquarters. The role involves coordinating communications, providing operational support, and assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Finance Operations Specialist will oversee asset inventory, equipment setup, and security access for division staff, serve as liaison for facilities, safety, and wellness compliance matters, and assist with division meetings, events, and division-wide communications.
