Growth Lead

On Site Full TimeLondon, England, United KingdomTeya

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to own the paid acquisition engine that feeds our inside-sales funnel across our European markets. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll still be in the platforms and in the data, but you’ll also shape how the growth team is structured, set the acquisition strategy together with our local sales leaders, and own the results end to end with senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Own the paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok: channel mix, campaign architecture, bidding, audiences and budget allocation across markets — with lead generation as the primary objective. You stay hands-on in the accounts that matter most.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have • 6+ years of experience in paid acquisition and lead generation, including time in a lead, principal or team-lead capacity. A track record of owning meaningful paid budgets and being accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just media metrics.

  • Strong SQL — comfortable writing queries from scratch and building your own analysis
  • Solid grasp of acquisition unit economics (CPL, payback, LTV/CAC, ROAS) and how to use them for decisions
  • A strong inclination toward AI — actively using AI tools to build reporting, accelerate analysis, and improve how the team works
  • Comfort designing and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigour
  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Flexible working hours
  • Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass

  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme
  • Health and Life Insurance
