Role Overview

Enable and retain high-performing sales and partnership teams in Italy by building and maintaining a clear sales Academy and playbook, reducing reactive support, and equipping managers with systems and content.

What You Will Do

Own the Italian Sales Academy, build and maintain playbooks, adapt global materials for the Italian market, design onboarding, deliver workshops, and act as a power user for HubSpot and sales dashboards.

Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnerships, or sales enablement, strong understanding of B2B sales motions, hands-on experience with CRM systems, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnerships, or sales enablement
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales reporting
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical training and content
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience working with small, scaling commercial teams
