The GRO / People Operations Manager is responsible for managing all HR and people-related operations within Seven Al Hamra Food Hall, ensuring an engaged workforce, compliance with labour laws and Saudization requirements, and alignment with the food hall’s operational and cultural objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR or People Operations
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
