Role Overview

The role will be responsible for designing and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve data quality, enhance forecasting and reporting, and increase productivity across the Sales Operations organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data and Analytics, AI
  • Solid understanding of modern AI system concepts including memory management, planning, tool orchestration, model evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern application development technologies including APIs, Angular, React, and TypeScript
  • Automation, or related enterprise technology roles
  • Proven experience designing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation solutions, or agentic processes that augment or replace manual business activities
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, LangChain, Mindflow, Power Platform, or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and business process automation
  • Experience working with Sales Operations processes, CRM platforms, forecasting tools, reporting systems, and operational workflows
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, data security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, system administrators, and enterprise platform owners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, remove roadblocks, and drive initiatives from concept through production deployment
