Role Overview

The 20 is hiring a Sales Development Representative to build the pipeline that powers their growth. This role requires working closely with the AE team and SVP of Sales to develop targeted outreach strategies, follow up on events and conferences, and move qualified MSP prospects from interested to ready-to-buy.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include conducting targeted outbound prospecting, owning post-event and post-conference follow-up, researching and qualifying MSP prospects, booking and confirming Growth Consult calls, and maintaining accurate records of all prospecting activity.

The right person for this role is organized, persistent, and energized by the front end of the sales process. They should have a strong understanding of the MSP space or be hungry to learn it fast.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or business development role
  • Experience in the MSP, IT services, or technology channel
  • Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in HubSpot or a similar CRM
