Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in revenue management software and hospitality technology to join our team. You’ll identify new opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and help hotels maximize performance through smart distribution and pricing strategies.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute business development strategies, identify and engage with hotels, conduct market research, build client relationships, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, negotiate contracts, and track KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within revenue management software and hospitality technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems, OTAs, PMS, pricing and revenue strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
