Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience in marketing and communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Leadership skills
- Sound judgment and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change
- Experience with Jira
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or social services environments
