Business Finance Lead Analyst – Finance Data Ops

The Business Finance Lead Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of finance data across systems, monitoring and improving data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to validate rule logic and support production processes. The role requires strong communication skills, a solid grasp of accounting fundamentals, and the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL and other tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (journal entries, ledgers, accruals)
• Proficiency in SQL (preferred) and comfort working with large datasets
• Experience with SAS or other data tools (can be learned on the job)
• 5–8 years of finance, accounting or data analysis experience, ideally with a focus on data integrity, rule logic, and production support
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or initiatives within agreed-upon parameters
