Senior Vice President – People Operations

The Senior Vice President – People Operations will lead a team of 25+ members in HR Shared Services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of employee experience. They will be responsible for developing team members, adhering to SLA’s and KPI’s, and promoting a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Leading a team of 25+ direct/indirect team members
• Developing team members through cross-training and skills development
• Accountability for day-to-day performance of the HR Shared Services team
• Reviewing and reporting on relevant KPI’s or SLA’s
• Proactive planning to ensure efficient utilization of HR shared services resources
• Close collaboration with the larger HR team
• Promoting a high-performance culture
• Ensuring data quality on the HRIS
• Highlighting, escalating and reporting risk events
• Contributing to the upscaling of the scope of HR Shared Services
